The 3-GEN PROJECT (3GEN) – Terms of Use

Effective Date: October 15, 2025

Welcome to the The 3-GEN Project (“3GEN”), an educational program that seeks to share strategies and tools for personal development, operated by FRVMR, LLC, governed under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 3GEN website, platform, deliverables, network, tools, texts, coaching, education and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

1. DEFINITIONS

Member: Any user who registers for or accesses 3GEN Services

Subscriber: Any user who provides an email and/or text message opt-in, whether or not that user completed or paid for full membership. 

3GEN “7-Day Free Trial”: A one-time 7-Day period during which new members may try 3GEN Services for free for 7 days (168 hours from the initial sign-up date and time) before being billed for membership at the standard monthly rate.

Legacy-Builder System: an evolving system of strategies, educational templates, tools, spreadsheets, worksheets, workbooks, handouts, videos, books, blog entries, and other content designed to teach the ideas of the 3GEN philosophy. The Legacy-Builder System is not provided to 3GEN members all at once, rather its components are distributed slowly over time (typically weekly) based on the needs of members. 

3GEN Basic Membership: The standard membership for new 3GEN members, currently priced at $1.99/week, billed monthly in-advance at a rate of $8.62.

3GEN Scholarship Program: voluntary program by which 3GEN’s principal may, but is not required to, cover the cost of the program for prospective members who cannot afford it.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using the Services, you:

Confirm you are at least 18 years old.

Agree to comply with these Terms and waive any and all rights to bring a class action lawsuit or participate as a member of a class in a class action lawsuit. 

3. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

4. PAYMENTS AND FEES

All payments are processed through Stripe. Membership fee billing presently happens monthly in advance at the billing rate, currently $8.62/month. 

5. DISCLAIMERS

3GEN is an educational platform that seeks to share strategies and tools for personal development. 

The results of the Legacy-Builder System are ultimately due to actions taken by a Member, as well as environmental and other external factors. 

These factors are well outside of the control of 3GEN, our employees or coaches.

3GEN can in no way guarantee results of the Legacy-Builder System. 

3GEN expressly disclaims any warranty of any kind for any Services offered by 3GEN.

6. CONDUCT

You agree not to:

Violate any of 3GEN's intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks.

Use the platform for unlawful purposes.

Damage property or violate safety standards.

Discriminate, harass, or endanger other Members or 3GEN Coaches or staff.

7. PRIVACY

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information. 

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All 3GEN Legacy-Building System educational materials, deliverables, all 3GEN branding, software, and content are protected by copyright and/or trademark. Unauthorized use is prohibited. 3GEN will vigorously enforce its intellectual property rights. 

9. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion. You may cancel anytime. Fees are billed in advance each month. Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Monthly fees already paid will not be pro-rated and returned upon cancellation. Annual fees already paid will be pro-rated and any usual portion returned upon cancellation. 

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes are governed by Delaware law and resolved via AAA-administered mediation and arbitration. Class actions are waived.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and applicable agreements, constitute the full agreement between you and 3GEN. Any questions about these Terms of Use may be sent to [email protected].

3GEN is committed to protecting and processing your personal information responsibly. We value the data you share with us and treat it with respect.

This Privacy Notice describes how 3GEN collects, uses, and shares your personal information. Additionally, it outlines how you can access and control your personal information.

1. What is 3GEN and what do we do?

The 3GEN Project (“3GEN”) is a private educational program offered by FRVMR, LLC. 3GEN and/or its affiliates (“3GEN”, “we”, “us”) are responsible for processing data as described in this Privacy Notice.

This Privacy Notice outlines our practices with respect to processing personal data of users and members (“Data”). Please read it carefully so that you understand how we collect, use, and process your Data, and how you may opt-out of our Data use, or otherwise access, rectify, and/or erase your Data.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Notice or any part of it, you should not access this website or use our Services.

2. Our approach

3GEN is committed to providing its innovative services while respecting the privacy of everyone involved and complying with any applicable privacy and data protection laws. 3GEN only collects Data to the extent necessary.

3. Types of information we collect from or about you

We collect Data directly from Users where they interact with us. For example, this is the case when a User joining 3GEN, uses our Services, contacts us via our website or support channels. The Data includes:

  • name

  • email

  • phone number

  • mailing address

  • potentially light demographic information (stage of life, etc.)

  • user activity

  • Any other information you provide us voluntarily when you communicate with us.

We use cookies and will use other similar technologies following cookie deprecation (e.g. web beacons, log files, scripts and eTags, pixels, etc.) (“Cookies”) to enhance your experience using the Service. Cookies are small files which, when placed on your device, enable us to provide certain features and functionality.

4. Why and how do we use User data?

We use User data for all of the following reasons and justifications:

  • For purposes related to the provision of our Services

  • Enabling our Users to access and use our 3GEN resources.

  • Tailoring resources for Users based on User’s situation or stage in life.

  • Providing accurate and up to date Services to Users and meaningful and effective online and offline interactions.

  • Registering, maintaining and managing your user account or membership with us.

  • Verifying your registration to the Services

  • Communicating with you and providing services to you via email and text message.

  • Processing your order, including sending you any necessary emails related to the purchase of any paid Services or membership fees.

  • Sending you important announcements in relation to security, privacy, or the administration of our Services

  • Personalizing our Services to ensure its content is presented in the most effective manner for you and your device

  • Compliance with our legal obligations, including those applicable to our Payment Partner as a payment service provider, such as anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and credit card fraud.

  • Purposes related to the analysis and improvement of our Services

  • Conducting troubleshooting, Data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey analysis

  • In furtherance of our legitimate interests in ensuring the safety and proper functioning of our Services

  • Purposes related to the promotion of our Services or those of our advertising  or other partners

  • Signing you up for our newsletters or alerts

  • Placing relevant ads for goods or services into our newsletters or emails to you.

  • Communicating with you about our latest updates, upgrades, and services

  • Building and maintaining our User community

  • In furtherance of our legitimate interests in promoting our Services and those of our advertisers or other partners.

  • Purposes related to compliance with regulations and the fight against fraud.

  • Detecting and preventing fraudulent and illegal activity, or any other type of activity that may jeopardize or negatively affect the integrity of the Services.

  • Responding to your requests regarding your Data

  • Investigating violations and enforce our policies, and as required by law, regulation or other governmental authority, or to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process, or respond to a government authority’s request

  • In furtherance of our legitimate interests in ensuring the safety and proper functioning of our services.

  • Our legitimate interest in ensuring that our Terms of Use and other policies are complied with.

  • In furtherance of our legitimate interests relating to the exercise of our rights or the defense of our legal rights.

  • Compliance with our legal obligations, including those applicable to our Payment Partner as a payment service provider, such as anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and fraud.

5. How to opt-out or access, rectify, and/or erase your Data

3GEN allows you to access opt-out, rectify, or erase your Data by contacting [email protected].

6. Not for Minors


The products and services of 3GEN are not targeted to or intended for chidren under the age of 18. In the event that we become aware that a Contact or User is under the age of 18, we will discard such information. If you have any reasons to believe that a minor has shared any information with us, please contact us.

7. How do we safeguard and transfer your Data?

We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

Once we receive your information, we take all appropriate technical and organizational measures, reasonable precautions, and follow industry best practices to safeguard your information against loss, theft, unauthorized use, access, or modification.

8. California Privacy Rights

This notice to California residents supplements the information contained in this Privacy Notice and ad3GENsses the requirements under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (Cal. Civ. §§ 1789.100–1798.199) and the California Consumer Privacy Act Regulations by the Attorney General (the “CCPA“).

It applies to Contacts and individuals (as defined in this Privacy Policy), who reside in the State of California (“consumer”, “you” or “your”), and explains your rights and provides certain mandated disclosures about our treatment of California residents’ information.

You have the right, at any time, to direct us not to sell or share your personal information to third parties, as defined under the CCPA. This is also referred to as your right to opt-out.

You have the right to opt-out of sales, within the meaning of the CCPA, of certain information subject to the CCPA. You are not required to have an account with us to exercise your right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information to third parties.

9. Changes to this policy

3GEN may modify this Privacy Notice from time to time, to reflect eventual changes in the way we process Data. If we make material changes to this policy (such as a change in our processing purposes, a change in the identity of the controller, or even a change regarding the way you can exercise your rights in relation to our processing activities), we will notify you, as appropriate, depending on the substance of the change, by email or by means of a notice on our website’s homepage, prior to the changes becoming effective.
